Freeway Vision, provided by Caltrans to traffic monitors. Can also be seen on TV Ch.58 in L.A. area by cable. "Loop detectors" in freeway pavement register speed by red, yellow, or green lights on the screen. Note, some area's were not covered, such as I-10 East, I-110 in heavily travelled downtown L.A. Also, areas of freeway construction usually don't have loop detectors connected. REACT reports are especially useful here!
